Bead Making Pictures

Here are some bead making pictures taken during a demo day at the Heliotrope Gallery in Fort Worth. Yes, Im on the old hothead torch, but it still makes great beads!! I was doing hollow heart demos for Valentines Day.

 

Building up 2 disks to make a bead	Adding glass rod to make it bigger.	Shaping the bead with a marver.	Ah, the bead is sealed all around.

 

Putting the crease in my heart.	A captive audience!	Applying gold leaf.	Into the kiln it goes!!!
